At Embroidery Library, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your physical supplies or digital designs do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that digital download products are only eligible for exchange or store credit if the file is proven to be defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  For physical goods like thread or stabilizers, place items in their original packaging with the packing slip included to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit within 5-7 business days.
